Tracks A1 and A5 are incorrectly transposed on the rear sleeve.
Runout etchings are partially scratched out with only "A" and "B" clearly visible on respective sides. Remainder of the runouts are still legible on close inspection.
This release contains previously unreleased recordings, mixes and versions.
